Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform server rack installations and troubleshoot network issues.
• Carry out routine hardware and operating system repairs.
• Serve as a primary contact for stakeholders and vendors.
• Participate in on-call duties and maintenance activities.
• Contribute to process improvement based on operational analysis.
