Job summary

Ericsson is seeking a Data Center Services Technician to support installation, operation and maintenance of data center infrastructure in Salt Lake City. You will perform rack-and-stack, structured cabling, equipment provisioning, testing and operational support with safety and quality in mind.

The role is suited for technicians with data center operations or IT infrastructure experience and requires up to 50–100% travel.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in data center operations or IT infrastructure.
• Basic knowledge of copper and fiber cabling and optical networking concepts.
• Able to read engineering drawings, MOPs, and installation docs.
• Willingness to travel 50%–100%.

Responsibilities

• Perform rack-and-stack, cabling, testing and equipment installation.
• Provision and support data center hardware and networking gear.
