Job summary

Ericsson is seeking a Data Center Services Technician to support installation, operation, and maintenance of infrastructure in hyperscale data centers. The role covers rack-and-stack, structured cabling, equipment provisioning, and testing with an emphasis on safety and quality.

Ideal candidates have 1+ years in data center ops or related IT infra, with cable practices, MOPs, and ability to work independently while coordinating with teams and vendors.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in data center operations, structured cabling, telecommunications, field services, or IT infrastructure support.
• High school diploma, technical certification, vocational training, or equivalent experience required.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings, installation documentation, and MOPs.
• Strong attention to detail and safety in a physical environment.
• Capable of working independently and collaborating with teams when needed.
