Strong troubleshooting and documentation skills are essential. The role requires 3+ years in data center operations, expert cabling, and knowledge of power distribution and DCIM platforms.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of data center operations experience.
• Expert cabling skills for Cat6/6a and fiber (OM3/OM4/OS2).
• Experience with rack-and-stack, power distribution, and UPS systems.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in demanding environments.
• Strong documentation and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain server and network equipment.
• Perform structured cabling and physical deployments.
• Execute hardware deployments and decommissions.
• Monitor environmental systems including power and cooling.
• Respond to incidents and perform troubleshooting.
• Maintain asset tracking and documentation; collaborate with teams.
• Participate in capacity planning and upgrades.
