Job summary

Reboot Monkey in Alpharetta, GA is seeking a Data Center Technician to support critical infrastructure at our world-class facilities. This is a full-time, on-site role requiring hands-on installation, configuration, and maintenance of server and network equipment.

You will perform structured cabling, monitor power and cooling, handle incidents, document assets, and collaborate with engineering and operations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of data center operations experience.
• Proficient in server and network equipment installation, configuration and maintenance.
• Strong documentation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain server and network equipment.
• Perform structured cabling (copper and fiber optic).
• Execute hardware deployments and decommissions.
• Monitor environmental systems (power, cooling, security).
• Respond to incidents and perform troubleshooting.
• Maintain accurate documentation and asset tracking.
• Collaborate with engineering and operations teams.
• Participate in capacity planning and upgrades.
