• Assist in day-to-day data center operations and monitoring.
• Support electrical, mechanical, and telecommunications systems in the data center.
• Maintain and document maintenance activities and service tickets.
• Assist with CMMS usage and incident tracking/resolution.
• Provide customer service support and escalate issues as needed.
