CoreSite is seeking a Data Center Technician Intern to support daily facility operations, including electrical and mechanical systems, cabling, and safety procedures. You will participate in hands-on maintenance, monitoring, and incident response within a real data center environment.

Ideal candidates are transitioning from active-duty service with an interest in data center infrastructure, cooling systems, and power distribution.

Qualifications

• Must be active-duty US military transitioning out.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Interest in data center operations and building maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor data center facilities and systems.
• Assist with maintenance and preventative tasks in electrical and mechanical areas.
• Coordinate and oversee small-scale power installations and upgrades.
• Troubleshoot and respond to incidents; log and track issues.
• Handle cable terminations, testing, and standard cabling practices.
