Job summary

Ericsson Data Center Services in St. Louis, MO seeks a Technician to install, operate, and maintain infrastructure within hyperscale and enterprise data centers. You will perform rack-and-stack, cabling, equipment provisioning, testing, and field support while upholding safety and quality standards.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year in data center operations or IT infrastructure, with ability to read engineering documentation and work independently under guidance.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in data center operations, structured cabling, or IT infra.
• Ability to read engineering drawings, installation docs and MOPs.
• Strong attention to detail and safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Install and deploy servers, network devices, and storage per design documents.
• Install, route, terminate, and dress copper and fiber cabling with proper labeling.
• Provision equipment, OOB management connections, and testing activities.
• Perform MACD moves and FRU replacements following approved procedures.
• Maintain installation records, test results, and as-built docs.
