Qualifications

• Experience with component-level repairs and troubleshooting on technical equipment.
• Experience diagnosing OS, server hardware, or networking protocols.
• Ability to lift 50 lb and perform physical tasks.
• Willingness to work non-standard hours and shifts.
• Willingness to travel to support business priorities.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Google IT Support Professional Certificate.
• 2 years diagnosing OS/server hardware or networks.
• Data center or NOC experience.
• Strong teamwork and adaptability.

Responsibilities

• Deploy and operate new data center infrastructure across projects or functions.
• Report issues and follow data center procedures to troubleshoot and diagnose straightforward issues with equipment.
• Maintain the security and integrity of data per Google's security standards.
• Disassemble end-of-life equipment via part replacement in a team setting.
• Repair and perform preventative maintenance on equipment and infrastructure.
