Qualifications

• Requires a HS diploma or GED and 5–8 years of related experience.
• Demonstrates good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for solutions.
• Excellent English communication (verbal and written).
• Able to respond to On-Call within 1 hour.
• Experience cabling systems (power/copper/fiber) per SOP standards.

Responsibilities

• Install, move, and decommission hardware including cabinets, shelves, power strips, rails, cables, servers, storage, and devices in the data center.
• Confirm and label devices, racks, and cables.
• Work in a standard ticketing system with clear, timely customer communications.
• Follow SOPs, policies, safety, and security guidelines under supervision, while ensuring quality and quantity.
