Qualifications

• 0–2 years of IT support or data center experience.
• Basic hardware, servers, storage, networking, and cabling fundamentals.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Comfort in a structured, fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Perform rack-and-stack installation of servers and storage devices.
• Install, label, organize, and troubleshoot copper and fiber cabling.
• Replace failed hardware components (drives, power supplies, memory, NICs).
• Run basic diagnostics on enterprise hardware.
• Support moves, adds, changes, and decommissions.
• Monitor equipment health and respond to alerts.
• Assist with inventory, asset tracking, and audits.
• Document work and changes.
• Escalate issues to senior engineers when needed.
• Follow change management and maintain clean data center.
