Job summary

Flexential is seeking a Data Center Technician I to provide 24x7x365 support for customer environments. The role covers physical and Level II technical support with a focus on customer satisfaction, security procedures, and accurate documentation.

The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of facilities infrastructure, Windows operating systems, and PC troubleshooting. This on-site position requires reliability, teamwork, and the ability to handle fast-paced data center operations.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain strong customer relationships; respond to calls and emails promptly.
• Monitor and troubleshoot technical issues and alarms.
• Follow ERP processes and escalate to engineering as needed.
• Ensure data center cleanliness and proper inventory management.
• Document tasks, timesheets, and ticket updates accurately.
