Job summary

Flexential is seeking a Data Center Technician I in Alpharetta, GA to provide physical and Level II technical support to customers and resources 24/7. The role requires working with facilities infrastructure, Windows OS, PC troubleshooting, and documentation.

You will interact professionally with customers, track tasks, follow cabling standards, and use ServiceNow for ticket updates while maintaining a clean, secure data center environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer-facing communication skills.
• Solid understanding of Windows operating systems.
• Self-motivated, reliable, and detail-oriented.
• 0–4 years in IT or data center support.

Responsibilities

• Provide 24x7x365 level I tech support to customers and resources.
• Monitor and troubleshoot infrastructure alarms and issues.
• Follow security sign-in and badge procedures for all visitors.
• Document time spent on tasks and support cases in systems.
• Enter Cap Labor on timesheets and submit on time.
• Maintain data center cleanliness and inventory; support shipping/receiving.
• Escalate complex issues to engineering per procedure.
