Job summary

Service Robot Co. in Fresno, CA is seeking an on-site hardware installer to join our contract workforce. You will install and maintain servers and network gear inside data centers, coordinating with remote engineers to complete tasks across shifts.

You should be comfortable working overnight, in loud, cold environments with hearing protection, and able to record detailed equipment information while following site procedures and maintenance schedules.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT support, cabling, AV, electronics repair, or building computers.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and keep accurate records.
• Comfort working independently and communicating with remote engineers.
• Availability for overnight maintenance work.
• Comfort working on your feet in cold, noisy rooms with hearing protection.
• Ability to pass a background check and site security screening.

Responsibilities

The role

Training

You will complete an online course through our Service Robot Co. Academy, followed by in-person training and the industry certifications needed for this role. Training and certifications are free for selected candidates. Your first assignment is paid, with a specialist supporting you remotely.
