Job summary

Service Robot Co. is seeking an on-site contractor in Concord, CA for hands-on data center hardware installation and maintenance.

You will collaborate with remote engineers to install servers, switches, storage gear, cabling and components, while following documented procedures and ticket workflows. The role requires independent work, ability to work overnight, while maintaining clear communication and accurate records.

Responsibilities

The role

Install and maintain hardware inside data centers. You will work with remote engineers to complete physical tasks such as installing servers, running cables, and replacing failed parts.

Training

You will complete an online course through our Service Robot Co. Academy, followed by in-person training and the industry certifications needed for this role. Training and certifications are free for selected candidates. Your first assignment is paid, with a specialist supporting you remotely.
