Job summary

Serverfarm seeks a facilities technician to maintain critical data center infrastructure and ensure uptime and safety across the facility. You will monitor power, temperature, and environmental conditions while executing planned maintenance tasks and following SF practices.

The role requires 2+ years in a data center, strong communication, and the ability to adapt to evolving priorities. You may support site policies, change control, and contractor coordination to sustain 100% uptime.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of data center experience delivering customer requirements in a critical tech environment.
• Demonstrated self-management and ability to adapt to changing priorities.
• Clear written and oral communication with a focus on accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain MEP plant and distribution infrastructure safely.
• Monitor power and environmental conditions in critical spaces.
• Perform maintenance tasks using the internal CMMS and plan corrective work.
