Qualifications

• Experience with mechanical, electrical or HVAC in an industrial environment.
• Evidence of self-management and alignment with ever-changing priorities.
• Good written and oral communication skills, tenacity, and working to a high level of accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain MEP plant and distribution infrastructure safely.
• Monitor power and environmental conditions in critical spaces.
• Perform maintenance tasks per SF practices and CMMS.
• Plan and schedule corrective maintenance activities.
• Escort and support outside contractors, enforcing SF rules.
• Ensure 100% uptime of critical infrastructure with the site team.
