Qualifications

• Hardware troubleshooting and repair experience.
• Familiarity with Linux operating systems.
• Ability to transport and position equipment up to 50 lbs.
• Willingness to work a flexible 24/7 schedule including on‑call shifts.
• Strong time management, organization, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain data center operations to ensure service availability and reliability.
• Diagnose hardware and network issues and perform repairs.
• Perform root cause analysis of hardware and software failures.
• Train internal teams and develop documentation.
• Provide technical support to data center staff.
• Create scripts to update server and networking hardware.
• Maintain inventory and assemble/install equipment.
• Support maintenance of test and tool equipment.
• Travel up to 10% to other data center locations as required.
• Respond to on‑site equipment failures within 60 minutes during on‑call rotations.
