Job summary

ArrowCore Group in Austin, TX seeks Data Center Technicians for a 6+ month engagement to support data center operations, deployments, and fault analysis across large-scale environments.

Ideal candidates have hands-on hardware experience, familiarity with Linux/Windows, power and cooling systems, and strong documentation habits. Prior work with ticketing tools and change management is a plus.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in data center operations or infrastructure support.
• Hands-on experience with server deployments, hardware troubleshooting, break/fix work, cabling, rack-and-stack, and decommissioning.
• Experience maintaining operational documentation, including SOPs, MOPs, rack elevations, asset records, and troubleshooting guides.
• Strong understanding of server hardware, Linux/Windows fundamentals, power, cooling, and network infrastructure.
• Experience with inventory management, audits, ticketing systems, and change management.
• Ability to troubleshoot issues independently and document findings clearly.
• Strong attention to detail and experience working in large-scale data center environments.
• Scripting or automation experience with Python, Bash, APIs, Jira, or similar tools.
