Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in technical project management, data center operations, managed services, or infrastructure projects.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects and operational activities.
• Strong understanding of data center environments, IT infrastructure, and service delivery models.
• Proven experience managing project schedules, resources, risks, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage data center infrastructure projects and managed services activities.
• Serve as the primary liaison between internal teams, client project managers, and stakeholders to ensure delivery.
• Track site activities, schedules, milestones, and deliverables across multiple locations.
• Monitor resource allocation and headcount for operational and project requirements.
• Identify risks, develop mitigations, and escalate issues when needed.
• Produce daily, weekly, and monthly project status reports and dashboards.
• Maintain documentation and records for all projects.
