Job summary

DSV is seeking a Team Lead at the USA Lancaster data center to oversee material handling, inventory accuracy, and server rack installation. You will lead daily warehousing operations and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient data center service delivery.

The role requires 3–5 years in inventory control or warehousing, strong analytical and interpersonal skills, and a focus on safety and quality in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must have a GED or high school diploma.
• 3–5 years of inventory control or warehousing admin experience.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee loading/unloading of inbound/outbound freight and manage shipping docs.
• Perform quality checks on inbound/outbound freight and ensure correct part numbers.
• Execute daily inventory cycle counts and replenishment orders on site.
• Process return shipments using warehouse management systems.
• Place server racks on the data center floor with high accuracy.
• Install cabling and electronics into server racks per diagrams and schematics.
• Operate material handling equipment like pallet jacks and stackers.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and 5S standards; participate in cross-training.
