Job summary

DSV – Global Transport and Logistics is hiring for a Data Center Team Lead on C shift (M-Th 8pm-6:30am) in Lancaster, USA. The role focuses on material orders, customer service, and inventory management for a datacenter, including server assembly and component installation using hand and power tools.

You will perform quality checks, cycle counts, and manage physical racks, cabling, and safety procedures while supporting cross-training in multiple departments. 1-3 years experience required.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload inbound and outbound freight to and from vehicles and containers.
• Perform quality checks on inbound and outbound freight, verifying part numbers and quantities.
• Execute daily inventory cycle counts and replenishment orders for critical spare parts on site.
• Process return shipments of various electronic components.
• Place server racks on the datacenter floor with laser measuring devices.
• Install cabling and components in server racks following diagrams and schematics.
• Operate material handling equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety per 5S standards.
• Demonstrate punctuality and reliability in daily tasks.
• Be flexible and able to cross-train in multiple departments.
