Job summary

DSV, a global transport and logistics leader, seeks a Data Center Team Lead for the New Albany datacenter. You will oversee server assembly, install electronic components, and manage parts with accuracy. You’ll supervise inbound/outbound freight, perform daily cycle counts, and ensure 5S safety standards.

Strong interpersonal and customer service skills are essential to coordinate with cross‑functional teams on site. Required: 3–5 years of related experience; ability to pass background checks.

Responsibilities

• Provide and maintain effective material orders, customer service, and inventory management.
• Assemble and install servers and electronic components using hand tools, power tools and measuring devices.
• Oversee loading/unloading of inbound and outbound freight and manage shipping documents and records.
• Perform daily inventory cycle counts and replenishment orders for critical spare parts on site.
• Install rack hardware and cabling into server racks following diagrams and schematics.
