You will oversee performance, staffing, tools, and materials to ensure quality and reliability while collaborating with cross-functional peers. You'll develop technicians, close skill gaps, and set expectations for culture and capability.

Qualifications

• Previous experience leading teams, projects, or operational functions in a fast-paced environment.
• 3+ years of experience in a data center, IT infrastructure, or equivalent technical operations setting.
• Comfortable extended shifts in a data center, with temperatures from 79°F to 105°F+.
• Ability to work at heights using ladders, podiums, and lifts per safety rules.
• Ability to safely operate hand tools such as drills, cutters, and fiber test equipment.
• Willingness to support on-call duties in a 24x7 operational environment.

• Lead and develop a team of data center technicians across hardware support and deployment operations.
• Oversee day-to-day team performance, ensuring work is on plan, priority, and quality.
• Partner with site leadership to maintain staffing, tools, and materials to meet demand.
• Set example for team culture and professional development at technician level.
• Coordinate cross-functional alignment to properly support and execute tasks and projects.
• Develop and ensure compliance with established policies, procedures, and standards.
• Support on-call escalations and after-hours response to maintain continuous operations.
