As a Site Services Supervisor, you'll lead a team of data center technicians responsible for the hands-on support, maintenance, and deployment of hardware infrastructure that keeps Apple's operations running around the clock. Day to day, you'll oversee team performance, ensure your team has the staffing, tools, and materials they need to execute, and hold the bar on quality and delivery standards. You'll collaborate closely with peer leaders and cross-functional teams to stay aligned on priorities, and you'll play an active role in developing your technicians — setting the example, closing skill gaps, and building a team that's ready for whatever comes next.
