Job summary

Apple is seeking a Site Services Supervisor for its Data Center Operations. You will lead a team of data center technicians responsible for hands-on hardware infrastructure support, maintenance, and deployment, keeping operations running around the clock.

You will collaborate with site leadership, ensure staffing, tools, and materials, and mentor technicians to build a capable team, while upholding safety, quality, and operational standards in a fast-paced, 24x7 environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years leading teams in data center IT or mission-critical ops.
• Experience supervising hardware, facilities, and deployment ops.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of data center technicians across hardware support and deployment.
• Oversee day-to-day performance, ensuring work is on plan, priority, and quality.
• Partner with site leadership to maintain staffing, tools, and materials.
• Set the example for team culture, competencies, and professional growth.
• Coordinate cross-functional alignment to support and execute tasks.
• Develop and ensure compliance with policies, procedures, standards.
• Support on-call escalations and after-hours response to sustain operations.
