Job summary

Serverfarm is seeking a Talent Acquisition Sourcing Specialist to drive staffing for Data Center Operations teams. You will own the candidate journey from outreach to day one, proactively sourcing, conducting prescreens, and coordinating interviews and preboarding steps.

You will partner with Data Center Operations leaders and hiring managers, maintaining clear communication, timely feedback, and accurate Lever data to enable leadership decisions.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of recruiting, sourcing, or talent acquisition coordination.
• Proven sourcing capability and prescreening against technical requirements.
• Working knowledge of Form I-9 compliance and background check administration.
• Strong organization and attention to detail with multiple requisitions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Source and engage candidates for Data Center Operations roles using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and direct outreach.
• Build pipelines of facilities talent across electrical, mechanical, HVAC, and controls.
• Partner with hiring managers on sourcing strategies for steady-state and ramp-up hiring.
• Conduct qualification prescreens covering technical background, licenses, and availability.
• Coordinate interviews, gather feedback, and support offers and onboarding.
