Job summary

Modine is seeking a Supplier Quality Engineer to ensure quality for data center cooling components. You will manage supplier audits, monitor performance, and drive improvements with suppliers and internal teams. The role emphasizes ISO 9001 compliance and cross-functional collaboration.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in supplier quality, a technical engineering background, and experience with Six Sigma/8D methodologies. Domestic/international travel is expected; onsite in Dallas.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in supplier quality, manufacturing quality, or related role.
• Understanding of manufacturing processes, ISO 9001 knowledge, and quality tools.
• Experience applying 8D, RCA, CAPA, Six Sigma, or Lean methodologies.
• Ability to collaborate with internal teams and suppliers to drive improvements.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement supplier quality standards and audits.
• Monitor supplier performance using key quality metrics (PPM, on-time delivery, CAPA).
• Lead root cause analysis and drive corrective actions with suppliers.
• Collaborate with engineering and procurement to qualify new suppliers.
• Review supplier processes to ensure ISO 9001 compliance and support DFx.
