Job summary

gpac is seeking a Traveling Data Center Superintendent to lead field operations on critical data center projects across the United States. You will manage on-site activities, coordinate trades, and ensure safety and quality on mission-critical sites.

The role requires extensive travel, strong leadership, and excellent communication. This opportunity includes ESOP, lodging, daily per diem, and a competitive base salary with long-term growth potential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 completed ground-up data center projects as a Superintendent.
• 8+ years of commercial construction superintendent experience preferred.
• Experience with mission-critical, highly technical construction projects is strongly preferred.
• Willingness to travel extensively throughout the United States.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
