Job summary

Manhattan Construction Company is seeking a Superintendent 2 to lead field operations on assigned projects, ensuring safe, timely, and profitable completion. The role requires strong leadership, organization, and client service skills on a Tulsa-area construction site.

Responsibilities include directing on-site supervision, coordinating with PMs, maintaining safety programs, managing schedules and costs, and leading meetings with subcontractors and owners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or equivalent.
• 8 years of industry experience.
• Experience leading on multiple complex projects.

Responsibilities

• Direct day-to-day on-site supervision of field labor force.
• Review and approve trade contractor pay apps and invoices with PM.
• Develop and maintain site logistics plan with PM coordination.
• Manage quality program and site safety commitments.
• Coordinate site testing and inspection reports.
• Monitor costs, including labor time and material usage.
• Manage self-perform work and CPM schedule lookahead.
• Lead project meetings with contractors, owner and safety teams.
• Create daily reports and report quantities.
• Assist with Preconstruction/Estimating activities.
• Mobilize site and set up utilities as needed.
• Ensure permits are secured and inspections occur.
• Review RFIs and submittals for processing.
