Job summary

TESIM Electric is seeking a Data Center Superintendent to own the electrical scope on our largest hyperscale and mission-critical jobs. You will lead a 20+ person crew on fast-track data-center projects, coordinating with GC superintendents, MEP partners, inspectors, and the TESIM PM while upholding safety, quality, and schedule commitments.

Ideal candidates have 8+ years in commercial electrical field work with 3+ years as a superintendent and direct data-center experience, including MV,

Qualifications

• 8+ years of commercial electrical field experience with 3+ years as a superintendent.
• Direct data-center or mission-critical jobsite experience.
• Deep knowledge of medium voltage, switchgear, generators, UPS, PDU/busway.
• OSHA 30 or equivalent.
• Ability to lead 20+ person crews on fast-track work.

Responsibilities

• Own the electrical scope on assigned data-center projects.
• Plan manpower, lead crew, and manage daily jobsite operations.
• Coordinate with GC superintendents, MEP partners, inspectors, and TESIM PM.
• Ensure safety, quality, schedule, and productivity outcomes.
• Support turnover, commissioning, and punch closeout.

About the Role

TESIM Electric is hiring a Data Center Superintendent to own the electrical scope on our largest hyperscale and mission-critical jobs. You've been on Meta, Google, Microsoft, or AWS sites. You know how these jobs actually run — the pace, the coordination burden, the safety bar — and you know how to lead a crew through it.

What You'll Own

• Full field ownership of the electrical scope on assigned data-center projects.
• Manpower planning, crew leadership, and daily jobsite operations.
• Coordination with GC superintendents, MEP partners, inspectors, and TESIM PM.
• Safety, quality, schedule, and productivity outcomes.
• Turnover, commissioning support, and punch closeout.

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of commercial electrical field experience with 3+ years as a superintendent.
• Direct data-center or mission-critical jobsite experience.
• Deep knowledge of medium voltage, switchgear, generators, UPS, PDU/busway.
• OSHA 30 or equivalent.

Preferred Experience

• Hyperscaler jobsite experience (Meta, Google, Microsoft, AWS, Oracle, Equinix, QTS).
• Master or Journeyman electrician license.
• Existing relationships with target GCs.

Compensation

$52–$86/hr DOE
