Job summary

JLL in Fairfield, CA is seeking a Stationary Building Engineer for data centers. You will work on building automation, pumps, valves, and safety devices, while adhering to NFPA standards and EPA 608 where applicable.

Qualifications

• Experience in building maintenance and facility operations.
• Ability to operate and repair HVAC, electrical, and water systems.

Responsibilities

• Operate, maintain and repair boilers, pumps, valves, and steam/water lines.
• Maintain refrigerant systems and air conditioning equipment.
• Operate and repair air compressors, gas lines, water systems, and safety devices.
• Oversee life safety equipment and building automation systems.
• Manage inventory of parts and maintain equipment rooms.
