Job summary

Logicalis is seeking a seasoned pre-sales engineer to provide technical support to Account Executives and clients, focusing on data center technologies and hybrid deployments. You will document and quote solutions, craft SOWs, and present complex designs to technical and non-technical audiences.

Ideal candidates bring 4 years in pre-sales with storage, virtualization, and cloud design experience, plus strong proposal writing and client-facing presentation skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, business, management, or related field.
• 4 years in a technical pre-sales role with experience in enterprise, midrange and commercial storage.
• Experience with data center storage networks and hybrid cloud design for leading vendors.

Responsibilities

• Produces accurate designs and proposals for clients using Logicalis technologies and methodologies.
• Qualifies technical requirements and aligns solutions with target markets and delivery capabilities.
• Writes SOWs for Logicalis Professional Services and designs complex solution components.
• Presents solutions and conducts client proof of concepts and product demonstrations.
• Mentors team members and supports regional and national client engagements.
