Job summary

This role demands VOC-driven analyses and cross-functional collaboration. Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/CS/Business and 2+ years in data center cabling.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in the Data Center cabling infrastructure industry.
• Experience engaging directly with customers to identify network requirements and propose technical solutions.
• Experience applying VOC methods or structured approaches to quantify customer needs.

Responsibilities

• Engage directly with Data Center customers to capture network architecture requirements and map Corning’s cabling solutions to customer needs
• Apply VOC methods to quantify opportunity size and inform product investments
• Support customer field trials and qualification processes across cross-functional teams
• Identify and document customer pain points, gaps, and trends for product roadmap
• Partner with commercial teams to deliver technical presentations connecting innovations to outcomes
