Qualifications

• Experience leading end-to-end site selection projects.
• Strong capabilities in market and site feasibility analysis.
• Understanding of data center power, cooling, and networking requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead site selection process for new data center facilities.
• Perform market assessments including power, fiber, land, and regulatory factors.
• Develop market intelligence on emerging data center regions and pricing.
• Shortlist candidate sites via scoring models and feasibility studies.
