Job summary

Apple's Information Systems and Technology (IS&T) organization is seeking a Data Center Site Services Manager to lead a team responsible for installing, servicing, maintaining, and decommissioning network, storage, and compute assets in the data center.

You will supervise Data Center Technicians, ensure uptime, collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors, and adapt schedules to meet business needs while delivering outstanding customer service.

Qualifications

• Experience managing or leading employees and/or a contingent workforce in a data center or equivalent environment.
• Experience working in an IT environment in areas of installation, delivery, or operations management.
• Experience working with servers, storage hardware, or network hardware.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team that installs, services, repairs, maintains, and decommissions data center assets (network, storage, compute).
• Ensure data center uptime and collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors to deliver reliable services.
