Responsibilities

• Partner with planning teams on installation forecasts and IT cabinet builds.
• Manage and report on space and power consumption.
• Interact with the Data Center Facility Manager to ensure environment uptime.
• Collaborate with internal groups to provide best-in-class service and drive process improvements.
• Maintain services online while expanding capacity.
• Provide KPI reporting, define team goals, manage assets, and lead a team of technicians.
