Securitas Security Services USA, Inc. is seeking a Site Lead for a Data Center in Sparks, NV.

This full-time role provides lead direction to Security Officers on assigned shifts, performs tours, and ensures a safe and secure environment for clients, property and personnel. You will coordinate security teams, monitor cameras, manage access for deliveries, and support emergency response, payroll and scheduling needs, with opportunities to apply your leadership experience in a critical facilities

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of supervisor experience required.
• Excellent customer service and team leadership skills.
• Above average computer/technology skills.
• Experience with payroll and scheduling preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform duties of Security Guard within scope of assignment.
• Makes periodic tours to check for irregularities and inspect protection devices and fire control equipment.
• Manage security teams in various environments.
• Ensure all deliveries / contractors are registered and authorized to be on site before providing access to yard.
• Continuous monitoring security cameras for suspicious activity.
• Under the direction of the District Manager, assist with all administrative duties for the Security Department.
• Order supplies.
• Scheduling weekly and extra coverage.
• Provide support to the facility team in emergency situations.
• Perform weekly audits of Security patrols, incident reports and equipment.
• All other duties as assigned by the District Manager and Facility Manager.
