You will observe, report, and help maintain a secure environment for guests and staff. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong customer service, team leadership, and the ability to manage emergencies with calm, professional judgment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Excellent customer service and team leadership skills required.
• Above average computer/technology skills required.
• Must be able to work independently.
• Must be able to respond to emergencies with rapid/effective judgment and use appropriate escalation.

Responsibilities

• Provide lead direction to Security Guards on assigned shift(s).
• Observe and report activities and incidents for client property and personnel safety.
• Perform periodic post inspections and ensure post orders are followed.
• Ensure proper safety and security procedures and regulations are enforced at the site.
• Meet with client representatives to confirm security requirements are being met.
