Job summary

Data Center Frontier LLC in Reno, NV seeks a Site Director to oversee the entire data center campus and lead facilities operations, security, and vendor management 24/7. Customer-facing with senior management communication is essential.

The role requires 10–15+ years in data center/critical facility operations, BS in ME/EE or equivalent, and strong expertise in MEP systems (HVAC, generators, UPS) and project management tools.

Qualifications

• BS in ME or EE or equivalent directly related experience required.
• Minimum 5 years leadership in data center facility operations.
• Strong understanding of MEP systems including HVAC, generators and UPS.

Responsibilities

• Oversee data center campus operations and maintenance 24/7.
• Lead vendor management, contracts, budgets and SLAs.
• Ensure site readiness and compliance with SOPs/MOPs.
