Instrata Technologies, LLC. is seeking a Director of Construction PMO to lead all onsite operations at a major data center site.

This full-time role drives project delivery, governance, budgeting, safety, and quality, partnering with regional leadership, PMs, estimators, GC, trades, and the client’s onsite team to achieve outstanding outcomes. You will manage multiple project teams, enforce PMO standards, monitor schedule and cost, own risk controls, and report performance through dashboards.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• 10–15+ years of progressive construction PM experience.
• 5+ years in a leadership role managing multiple project teams, programs, or regional operations.
• Experience leading onsite operations for large-scale construction projects, preferably data center or mission critical.
• Proven experience with PMO functions, project controls, and governance processes in commercial, data center, telecommunications, industrial, or infrastructure construction.

Responsabilidades

• Lead all onsite operations at the data center site, serving as the senior company leader on site.
• Be present in the field daily, monitoring progress, workmanship, safety, and quality.
• Establish and enforce site-level PMO standards, governance, project controls, documentation, and closeout procedures.
• Oversee multiple project teams, scopes, and phases on site, monitoring schedule, financial health, risk exposure, and resource allocation.
• Lead daily and weekly site coordination meetings with project teams, field leadership, the general contractor, trades, and the client.
• Coordinate closely with client onsite reps, GC, and other trades to resolve issues and keep work moving.
