Black Box is seeking a Program Manager to orchestrate the construction roadmap for the largest data center project in the United States. You will lead from the front, applying PMO standards and coordinating diverse teams to ensure flawless execution across timelines and deliverables.

As a hands-on leader on-site, you will drive safety, innovation, and efficiency while managing stakeholder expectations, budgets, and risks. This role offers growth within a global technology solutions provider.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum of 5 years Program Management experience.
• Excellent service philosophy and understanding the challenges in providing superior customer experience at a national level while controlling costs.
• Superior collaboration and communication skills across internal groups.
• Experience with change management and process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end PMO processes for a national data center build.
• Oversee project deliverables, schedules, and budgets.
• Coordinate with internal functional groups and external vendors.
• Drive safety, quality, and efficiency on-site to meet milestones.
• Implement process improvements and manage risk across the program.
