Job summary

World Wide Professional Solutions seeks a Director / Site Manager to lead site execution for a large-scale data center construction project in the Vernon, Texas area. This is a full-time, 100% onsite role supporting a multi-project campus environment and serving as the on-site leader for the Owner’s Representative team.

You will own safety, quality, schedule, cost, and risk across the site, manage PMs/CMs/project coordinators and BIM/VDC resources, and act as primary client representative with

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive experience in construction project management.
• Experience leading large-scale, mission-critical projects.
• Site leadership overseeing multiple projects or campus environments.
• Strong background in MEP systems and critical infrastructure.
• Experience with projects exceeding $500M+ preferred.
• Proficiency with Procore, Primavera P6 or MS Project.

Responsibilities

• Provide full site leadership for all phases across multiple projects.
• Lead on-site Owner’s Representative team (PMs, CMs, coordinators, BIM/VDC).
• Represent client to general contractors, trade partners and suppliers.
• Drive safety, quality, schedule, cost, and risk mitigation.
• Oversee planning, execution strategy, and resource alignment.
• Coordinate across civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and controls.
• Lead site-level decision making and issue resolution.
• Provide executive-level reporting on performance and milestones.
• Build relationships with stakeholders across the project ecosystem.
