Job summary

WORLD WIDE PROFESSIONAL SOLUTIONS seeks a Director / Site Manager to lead on-site execution for a large-scale data center campus in Vernon, TX. The role oversees an Owner’s Representative team and is 100% onsite with relocation and travel support.

You will own safety, quality, schedule, cost, and risk across multiple projects, coordinating with general contractors, trade partners, and stakeholders while championing Lean Construction principles.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive experience in construction project management.
• Proven experience leading large-scale, mission-critical projects.
• Site leadership experience overseeing multiple projects or a campus environment.
• Strong background in MEP systems and critical infrastructure.
• Experience with projects exceeding $500M+ preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide full site leadership for all phases across multiple campus projects.
• Lead the on-site Owner’s Representative team including PMs, CMs, and BIM/VDC resources.
• Act as the primary representative of the client with general contractors, trade partners, and suppliers.
• Drive safety, quality, schedule, cost, and risk management.
• Oversee planning, execution strategy, and resource alignment on site.
• Coordinate across civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, and controls.
• Lead site-level decisions, issue resolution, and escalation.
• Report on site performance, risks, and milestones to executives.
• Support relocation, per diem, and onboarding for new team members.
