Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Site Deployment Manager to lead data center readiness and deployment execution across large-scale infrastructure projects. You will coordinate construction, commissioning, engineering, logistics, and vendor teams to ensure sites are deployment-ready and transitioned into operations.

The role requires 8+ years of program management experience, strong cross-functional collaboration skills, and the ability to travel and be onsite at project locations until completion.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of project management, deployment, construction coordination, or infrastructure delivery experience.
• Strong stakeholder management across operations, engineering, construction, vendors, and leadership.
• Willing to travel Monday–Friday and stay onsite at a single project until completion.
• Open to supporting projects in Abilene, TX; Saline, MI; Port Washington, WI; and Anthony, NM.

Responsibilities

• Lead deployment and readiness efforts for data center infrastructure projects and site expansions.
• Manage schedules, milestones, risks, dependencies, and executive reporting.
• Coordinate across construction, commissioning, engineering, operations, logistics, and vendor teams.
• Drive resolution of deployment blockers impacting site readiness.
• Support commissioning, turnover, and operational handoff activities.
• Facilitate readiness reviews, risk assessments, and stakeholder meetings.
• Improve deployment processes, playbooks, and operational standards.
• Travel to project sites and serve as the primary deployment lead through site completion.

Overview

The ideal candidate has experience managing complex infrastructure projects, driving cross-functional execution, resolving deployment roadblocks, and ensuring projects remain on schedule through operational handoff.
