Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with 3+ years of relevant IT/Data Center experience.
• Strong leadership and mentoring abilities for shift coverage and incident response.
• Advanced problem solving and knowledge of IT technologies and data center operations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as technical lead and coach during emergencies, incidents, and maintenance.
• Provide second/third level server administration and expert technical support for data center systems.
• Lead projects, manage timelines, and coordinate installs and changes.
• Develop automation scripts to improve efficiency and reliability of operations.
• Assist with interviews, performance feedback, and cross-team initiatives.
