Job summary

Generac Power Systems Inc. is seeking a Director of Service Operations - Data Centers in Wisconsin to lead a 24/7 consumer support operation for stationary power generation equipment.

You will design field support, dealer networks, and training programs while collaborating with product teams to improve customer satisfaction. The role requires a strong background in power generation equipment, data center SLAs, and cross-functional leadership, with PMP and Lean Six Sigma credentials highly

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Engineering, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 7 years in large diesel or natural gas generator support or service management.
• 4+ years of management experience with a track record of leading teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a 24/7 consumer support operation with 100+ agents in a high-volume B2C setting.
• Develop dealer, training, and aftersales strategies to improve coverage.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with product development, sales, and support teams.
