Job summary

Allied Universal, North America’s leading security and facility services company, is seeking a Security Officer Patrol Credential Verification in Sparks, NV. You will monitor and patrol assigned areas at a technology data center, deter incidents, support access control, and provide outstanding customer service.

This full-time role offers night shifts and a pay rate of $25.21 per hour, with opportunities for training and career growth within a collaborative and values-driven culture.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check and drug screen required by law and policy.
• Access control and badge experience preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
• Guard card or license preferred.
• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees at a technology data center by following security procedures.
• Conduct regular foot and vehicle patrols of the data center campus and access points.
• Monitor access-control points and verify authorization for entry with site procedures.
• Respond to incidents and alarms calmly and escalate as needed.
• Document patrols and incidents in required reports and logs.
