Qualifications

• Education/Experience: High School Diploma or GED and 2 years related experience, or equivalent combination.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in retail preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Security Officers, Lead Officers, and other personnel across client posts and ensure post orders are followed.
• Coach and discipline personnel; document actions and counsel employees.
• Train officers and review post orders and assignment details with staff.
• Assist payroll and personnel information submissions to the company.
• Ensure adequate coverage of posts and positions.
• Prepare and submit reports; inspect posts and outline tasks with subordinates.
• Meet with client representatives to ensure security requirements are met and provide quality service.
• Interview, orient, train, and direct staff; manage performance and hiring decisions.
• May perform duties of a Security Officer as assigned.
