You will lead training, coaching, and disciplinary actions; assist with payroll; ensure adequate coverage across shifts; and maintain clear reports. The position requires 5 years security supervision and 3-5 years data center experience, with flexibility for 2nd and 3rd shifts.

Qualifications

• 5 years of security supervisor experience.
• 3-5 years of data center experience.
• High School Diploma or GED and 5 years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Security Officers and other personnel to ensure post orders are followed and rounds completed; notify authorities and clients in emergencies.
• Coaches and disciplines personnel; meets with employees and documents actions.
• Trains Security Officers and reviews post orders and assignments with subordinates.
• Assists in payroll and personnel information submissions as designated.
• Ensures adequate coverage of all posts and positions in conjunction with management.
• Prepares, files, and submits various reports; inspects posts and outlines tasks to subordinates.
• May perform duties of a Security Officer as needed per policies and post orders.
